All of the techs have been great. Very friendly nice you g gentleman

My new unit is VERY LOUD !! They came today said all is perfect and I could buy a new grill inside that would help the noise. I find that hard to believe but I will try and if there is no difference I will have them put the old one back

Problems after service

Nice guys, but I called for one AC unit to be fixed, now I have two other units acting up after their visit. We will not follow up with the $5,000 estimate

Arrived, checked in with staff. Inspected 2-door reach in standing freezer for defrost issue. Initiated manual defrost to no effect. Inspected sensors and controller. Found controller was programmed for electric heater defrost, but system has hot gas defrost. Changed parameter and retried manual defrost cycle. Hot gas defrost is effective and ice layer was melted away. Per customer request also inspected Traulsen 1-door freezer. Found that it has little to no cooling effect when operating, though motors all appear to be running. Pressures indicate a leak, and one audibly exists on the discharge port. Quoting leak repairs and nitro test to determine if the customer wishes to proceed with repair efforts on this system. 2-door freezer operational at the end of service.

Customer would like to reschedule for Monday. Arrived on site, checked in and begun inspection, preformed tests to condemn control board, quoted customer and he approved, replaced control board and tested operations, filled out check out checklist and collected, checked out.

Replace reversing valve under warranty Arrived on site met with home owner, received incorrect part for repair. Reversing valve is not the correct size Arrived on site met with homeowners mom, she approved repair for the reversing valve, replaced the damaged part, installed new one, pressure tested and also vacuumed unit down to 500 microns, charged unit to factory charge, unit is giving us an 18 degree split, unit was off when we got there it was 85, went down to 84 when we left. Unit is cooling and working as designed.

Arrived on site, checked in with customer and begun inspection, found unit almost flat on refrigerant with oil loss everywhere, submitted estimate for repair but highly recommend replacement because of units age and conditions we worry that if a repair is done it may damage others parts in the system, presented customer with all these findings and customer said he was just going to shut down the unit for now, possibly repairing or replacing in the future, checked out.

Arrived on site, checked in with customer and begun tune up, filters were in god working order and located both units, there were 2 Rudd split systems, checked off entire maintenance checklist and cleaned outdoor units with water, no repairs to quote at this time, checked out with customer.

Capacitor tested below manufacture specifications. Arrived on site and met with Teresa, went to the unit to begin inspection. Checked over unit and found the compressor capacitor was weak. Checked motor windings then presented her an estimate to replace capacitor. She approved and signed. Performed all necessary work to replace the capacitor. Performed operational check and the condenser didn’t come on. Found the fan was not wired correctly. Rewired motor wires and the fan came online and the unit began cooling. This is a very old unit, I informed her she should definitely think about replacement because this unit will keep having issues. Found the suction line insulation was missing. I submitted a quote to replace. Ran customer’s card, verified approval and checked out.

Arrived on site went ahead and proceed with my repairs. Condenser fan motor was making loud noises contactor was pitted replace both parts and tested unit. Unit is doing what is supposed to do no further quotes necessarily. Customer would like invoice to be send to her by mail

Arrived at residence and found Lennox/York split system heat pump completely frozen with a dirty/rusty indoor coil. Also noted the mismatched indoor coil with 410A condenser on the system, causing multiple issues for cooling efficiency. Thawed coil and cleaned indoor coil and drain pan. Performed cooling checklist for the system and noted the start capacitor installed for the compressor. Scheduled for comfort consultation for the air handler unit. System set to cool to 70 degrees.

Customer was not aware we were coming out today, was not prepared to have us on site, customer rescheduled for Monday. Arrived on site, checked in and begun work, wired unit correctly and got it synced, unit was cooling upon completion

Arrived on site met with homeowner, customers unit was not cooling fan was having intermittent problems where it wouldn’t stay on, replaced fan, pressures were indicating a leak, customer approved a leak search and found there was a leak at the reversing valve. We’ll need to replace to properly diagnose unit. Future quotes may follow after replacement of reversing valve.

Arrived on site met with home owner, customer sets unit was not working, I checked upstairs unit, unit would turn on but fan would not be operational, found that a lot of oil had came out the condenser fan motor, highly recommend replacing motor, she did replace the cap that was working under manufacturer specs, for the down stairs unit, unfortunately it is not operational and highly recommend replacement of unit, customer would like an estimate to replace down stairs unit.
